This is a spectacular Lladro #4524 “Donkey In Love” a masterpiece by Fulgenio Garcia. It is a hand painted, handmade figurine that is a wonderfully sculpted and has intricate details. It depicts a small donkey that has a flower with Spanish words “yes” or “no’ on it. Apparently, the donkey is in love and wants to know if the Jenny is in love with him. The donkey is brown with white around the face. It has long ears and the main is a beautiful blue. The donkey is laying on the ground, looking very happy. It was hand made in Spain. It measures 5” tall. It’s in great condition. No original box. Original retail price is $730.00 from The Lladro website.
